Rhinoplasty - Pittsburgh, PA

I just had rhinoplasty/septoplasty done by Dr. Leong less than two weeks ago. The results already exceed my expectations. I am a 27 year old female who has always wanted my nose fixed cosmetically. I have been researching plastic surgeons in the Pittsburgh area for years but never able to commit to a doctor until meeting Dr. Leong. After going in for a consultation with Dr. Leong, I knew he was my doctor. He is extremely thorough and patient. Having so many questions, Dr. Leong met with me 4 times before my surgery to make sure I was comfortable before the surgery. I have never had surgery before so I was very nervous about the procedure; however, after meeting Dr. Leong all of my trust was put into him. Surgery was less than two weeks ago and it was a BREEZE!! It was a 4 hour surgery. This may seem like a long surgery but this is because Dr. Leong is truly an artist. He strives to make you look like the best version of yourself and not just shape everyone's nose the same way (I have met those type of doctors in my search for the right plastic surgeon). After waking up from surgery, I had NO pain. There was no pain at all during the recovery. I would say if anything you are just uncomfortable because you cannot breathe through your nose. The day after surgery, as expected, was the worst day of swelling and bruising and day by day that disappeared. Dr. Leong called me daily to check up on me until I saw him 6 days later to have the cast removed. I LOVE the way my nose looks! You can see results already only after 6 days even though most results will not show until after a month. After 9 days, my bruises were completely gone. I returned to work a week and a half after the surgery no problem. I am so happy with the results of my rhinoplasty. My nose looks fantastic! I still look like myself just with a much prettier nose. To be honest, no one is even noticing I had my nose done except the people I have told which goes to show how talented Dr. Leong really is. I highly recommend Dr. Leong to anyone who is considering rhinoplasty/septoplasty or any other facial plastic surgery for that matter. He truly cares about his patients and wants to provide them with the best results. He has really changed my life for the better providing me with the confidence that I lacked for so long. Thank you Dr. Leong you are a Facial Plastic surgeon genius!!!
