63 Days Post

Wow! It truly feels longer than 63 days!! It seems like the past 2 months have flown by. Things have been going really well with healing. A few things here and there which is why I have to remind myself, it has only been 2 months! My incision feels like it is going to split wide open some days . Yeah it hurts. But I'll slather some coconut oil on and it will feel a lot better thankfully. I have been back at the gym for 6 weeks now but this past week is the first real balls to the wall workout I have done. Still unable to do any sort of hanging body weight exercises but that will come in time. No pullups, dips or push ups. Talk about ouchie! Especially the pull ups. Finally stepped back into the squat rack and busted out 90 pound ass to the ground squats. Felt freaking great although my legs are still hurting! As of right now I am sitting at a 24 body fat percentage which my goal over the next few months is to get that down to 18%. It's doable. Just have to apply myself again. Still in a size 4 but no loose skin hanging all out or looking like a squished pig in a blanket. Everything is smooth. My abdominal will still swell like crazy if I over do it and not drink enough water. It is a pain in the arse but a nice reminder that I am human and it has only been 2 months! Well off to get the kids ready for school and get my butt to the gym! I will leave you with an image of the kitty cats new favorite resting spot. My husband thinks it is hilarious as do I.

Updated pics!

Dude I am in love with my new Body and so does my husband :)

Amazing. Seriously, I am beyond thrilled that I am going with her. She is to the point and honest. Dr. Cherup doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Very professional and she made me feel at ease from the moment I met her. Looking forward to having my make over done by her.
