wow I couldn't be happier with my results! My surgeon is absolutely the best! I feel pretty much back to myself. I can raise hands above head as long as the are in front of me. All my bruising from vaser is gone too! I have been taking all 9 recommended vitamins and started back at the gym only doing cardio. I will say going to the right experienced doctor is worth the extra money and never try to save money when doing anything cosmetic. I'm still wearing my compression garments and I actually have grown to like them lol should be allowed to wear shape wear soon tho ! Also, I had been working out for years prior to this so I had a really good base and muscles just stubborn areas so now I plan on going to a creditable nutritionalist so I can take my results even further !!

Having a love hate relationship with my compression garments. My lower body is soooo swollen but I can def see a difference in my belly all ready. I have more bruising now than before. Pain is tolerable with pain meds but still uncomfortable to sleep and I'm worried cause I have yet to have a bowel movement even tho I'm taking a stool softener. Tomorrow is my first check up!

Swollen swollen swollen! I knew I would be but having ur stomach lipoed well the fluid is going to settle below that point and be a little awkward. I feel much better today then previous days. I did sit up on my own today, took a shower well my mom showered me and walked standing all most straight. Big improvements since yesterday but I'm still very sore especially under my breast and lower stomach. Yesterday my mom cooked me a toooon of chicken cut up veggies and fruit and even open cans of soup into containers. Def a great idea!
