So I am now 6 months post and things are looking good. I did develop some scarring on my bb and I have small dog ears but I am having scar revision and the dog ears will be removed at the same time. Date is pending...but I will be sure to update.
No swelling anymore, still treating scars. They are slooow to few but I do not have the best skin to begin with. Excited to see the one year mark!

Developed a keloid on my bb :(

I have developed a darn keloid on my belly button and it is a little frustrating. The post op nurse sent me home with three different creams and told me it will be taken care of. But I have been using them for two weeks now and while it is doing wonders for my scar..my bb is not changing. I will need to look at other options to try to help this.
Other than that, I think I have some scar tissue in my lower back...I can feel these sort of small ball like things there. It's sort of weird but it doesn't hurt. I won't go back to be seen until November.
Still undecided on my breast lift...

I had some hypertrophic scarring to my BB too. I tried the creams first, but then he finally injected mine with steroids. It def helped to flatten my scar and it's not so hard anymore, but it's still red and I hate it :/ I'm hoping our BBs behave soon lol!

I called today because the creams are doing nothing for my bb! It's slightly frustrating to have this scarring because I feel just as uncomfortable as I did before the tummy tuck. I really hope there are some treatment options! My main worry now is that I am to go back in for the breast lift and I wonder if my body will do the same scarring on my nipples

My boob scars did not do the same thing so hopefully yours don't either. My lift scars are invisible! If the scarring doesn't get better with creams or injection than I believe he can do a revision which is easy

Hi! I am getting my TT and BA done by Dr Brandy in April. How are you doing now? Are you still happy with the results? I'm super worried about my belly button. I hope yours is doing better! Any thing you would do differently? Was your overall experience with him awesome?

Overall I am pleased. I may consider a second bbl later on as I feel it was a bit more reserved than I would have liked. My bb is still making me uncomfortable. I see him in a few weeks and he will look at it and told me he can treat it so that makes me feel better.

Spitting sutures

User Avatar

So my tt incision line is slowly being covered with sutures ends sticking out. And I can feel more under the surface. I'm going to call the office in the morning and I'm hoping this is an easy correction. ????

I had a couple later on as well and my doc just removed them in the office and I had no complications. Hoping it's just that simple for you too :)
