My nose feels like it's shrinking!

I think that my nose swelling is going down some more. It appears slimmer, and the tip is more defined. I'm surprised that it's happening this soon because I thought it would take more time. My nose is also way less sensitive. No issues washing my face, applying makeup, etc. It feels good.

My under eyes: same issues as before unfortunately :-( Gotta talk to the Dr next month about it. I have a little bit of extra funds available to do additional fat grafting in a few months if I need to, but I was originally hoping to use that towards some type of lip augmentation. Bummers!

On the plus side, my skin has never looked so clear. The program is working!

2 weeks post-op

I'm just going to keep this short and sweet, but this process has been so worthwhile to me. I can't thank Dr. Papel enough for my successful surgery. It has restored my confidence. I had been avoiding having my picture taken close up for years. I didn't look how I felt, which was healthy and active. I looked too tired to really be me. My only regret if I had any, was that I didn't do this sooner! You only live once. Do something to improve yourself because it will only make you a more positive happy person. (Inwards or outwards). At least for me it did. ??????

I have a completely new look!

Yesterday, I got a new haircut (a bit shorter than expected, but it's super low maintenance!). While I was at the salon, I received a nice compliment about my skin. The lady asked me what I do to keep it looking nice. I told her about my new skin care routine and products that I use. I then received a SECOND compliment via a friend on FB. (I've been going to the medical aesthetician at my plastic surgeon's office for a little over a month. Guess it has paid off!). I will upload my skin care products/routine when I get a chance.

My dad: Guess he WAS serious about not recognizing me from my pictures!! (Including the ones with and without my new haircut!). Lol

Today: very low key. My husband says my puffiness is SLOWLY going down in my left cheek. I can tell that I will still need a bit more fat in my right eye in particular because my tear troughs are apparent. I am getting impatient, and am wondering if I should get some kind of a filler like Restiline to give my cheeks a little more volume and to make the undereye area look better. The uneven texture is driving me nuts. I'll have to ask my Dr. if this is an ok thing since it's only been about 2 weeks since my surgery.

I have met with Dr. Papel twice for consultations. He spent the time explaining and drawing on a face diagram, and even wrote down the names for each procedure that he would do on my nose. He does not seem cocky as I have heard some surgeons can be, but I found him to be more soft spoken. I sent questions into his office a couple of times after I left and always received a quick response. His office staff was great too, and we're very down to earth. None of them looked as though they had obvious work done either!
