Picoway Removal of Fresh Tattoo

It’s been ages since my last session and it has seriously continued to fade.
I have been pregnant and am now breastfeeding so havent been able to have any treatments. But the tattoo has continued to fade massively. I’m kinda glad I gave my body a forced break to help my skin recover a bit. The sessions were too close together previously I think which has resulted in a bit of scarring. But if that’s the worst thing.. then that’s pretty good.
Photo is from about a month ago. No sessions since early last year just natural fading.

Wow that's impressive. It seems like the fading continues long after treatment. How much time between sessions do you recommend?
Yes it has changed massively!! I’m not sure but minimum of 8-12weeks. I was doing 4 and it’s just too close. My skin is now slightly scarred and wasn’t healed properly.
Congrats on your pregnancy! I also had a forced break from treatments (I couldn’t afford it) and noticed that the majority of the fading came months after. One thing to note, breaking up the ink particles can release heavy metals into your blood stream so check with your doc before you continue treatments!
Thanks!! It’s been such a big change even without treatments. Yes definitely. Thank you. I don’t plan on having any sessions for a while longer.

5 months since last treatment

I haven’t had a treatment now for 5 months to give my skin time to recover ( I am also pregnant so that works well! Haha)
The redness I think has faded a bit but it still looks very annoyed. Will see what happens.
Anyone have any suggestions?!

Any update on the redness?

I haven’t had any treatments now for 12 weeks as I wanted to give it some time to see if it was fading or if it was scarred. Still not sure. It’s definitely still fading at the moment.
I am now also 9 weeks pregnant so I won’t be having anymore treatments for a while. Which is probably good to let my skin recover. Hopefully will see some changes.
Anyone have any thoughts on if it’s scarred or... an alternative?

Which clinic in Newcastle are you getting the treatments done at?
Vamp Cosmetic Clinic
How's the redness doing?
If I'm not mistaken are you going in every month? I've heard to wait at least 6-8 weeks before the next treatment, I'll be waiting here months between treatment just do be safe, maybe four months but I hope your okay let me know if your going in monthly
hello! yes I was going every 4 weeks. I am currently pregnant so haven’t had a treatment for 4-5 months now and won’t be having another one again for a while! so it definitely is having some time to heal and recover.
