Permanent Eyeliner Removal

I got permanent eyeliner 10yrs ago on upper lids. It was too dark and over the past 10 yrs has turned kind of a blueish color and looks horrible. The right eye was thicker and darker so 5yrs ago I had eliminink (similar to tattoo vanish)done on parts of it which faded it quite a bit in certain spots. I wanted it completely removed and found someone to use the picosure laser. I got my first treatment done today. He used eye shields, no numbing and both eyes took a total of maybe less than 1 minute. Pain was bearable. I’d rate it a 6-7/10. The pain subsided within 10-15 minutes of being done with it. It’s been about 4 hours post procedure and I just feel a little bit of a very mild sting. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting!! I was swollen almost immediately. But only mild-moderate. I’d say it looks like I’ve been crying for 2 days. It’s red, but nothing alarming. So much easier and less invasive than I was expecting. I have not noticed any hairs turn white or lashes fall yet. The eye that had the previous eliminink done is considerably lighter and he estimates will only need 4 treatments. He thinks the other will need 6. I can tell a huge difference in the right eye already so I have hope!!! Overall very pleased with it so far. Will definitely keep doing the treatments
