Made my Melasma Worse?

I saw Eric Lovato, PA for my treatment. The office kept telling me how amazing the results would be for my melasma. Unfortunately, there has been 0% improvement and the melasma actually looks darker to me. This office does not provide any credits whatsoever. Eric did say that the picosure works for some people and the Q Switch works for others. I'm desperate and will try the Q Switch and will post my experience after. So frustrating! :(
