I've seen progressively a reduction in size and fat %. I Measure my body fat percentage with calipers every two weeks and has gone down from 27% to about 18%.
The jury still out since results are seeing 12 weeks after the third treatment but so far I'm very pleased with my results.

You look fantastic. I live in Miami and I'm having a hard time finding somebody performing the Ultrashape POWER. Most places only have the Ultrashape version only. Is Tasia Mesa, Fort Lauderdale, FL. where you had it done ? I Googled it and cant find anything under that name. I would appreciate if you could share that info. Thanks and congrats. Denise .

I finally found the name of the place that u went to in Ft.Lauderdale...it's called PHYZIQUE, and you're absolutely right, Ramona. Tara and Amanda, they're all very professional and courteous. I'm glad I found them.

The before pic has more defined lower abs than the pic right after procedure. Also posting pic right after procedure is vastly pointless because it doesn't show neither the before state nor the final result.

I'm very active and workout regularly. I follow a ketogenic or paleo diet and lift weights 4-5 times per week. I noticed after turning 38 my abs are hidden even when Body fat percentage is very low.
I can't seem to get rid of that additional fat under my skin around my belly button no matter how much I diet.
I decided to try ultrashape power combined with velashape to find out if it really works for me and I could finally have the abs I always wanted.
I will document my journey with pics every week to track the progress.
There's a total of three treatments performed every two weeks. It may take up to 12 weeks in total from the first treatment to see the final results.

I'm an athlete and I feel the same way about my thighs, I do power weightlifting, and HIIT workout, soulcycling, and I cant get rid of that fat on the upper of my thighs, Im trying to sculpt and define that area. I'm curious how many treatments did you do? I was told for 3 treatments I would notice 20% differentce in appearance. Is that true?
