26 Yr Old, No Kids, Teenager Body to 375cc, Should I've Gone Bigger?

I had my breast augmentation at PIAC/PPSI Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute and Phuket International Hospital, known as both, same company. My surgeon was Dr Veerawat, I booked him after reading only good reviews.
It cost me around 150.000 thai Bats, which in my UAE currency is 15.000 dirhams, I am guessing around 4000 dollars. This included medicines, bra, hospital stay, 3 meals, tranaportation to hotel and to hospital, driver to airport etc. They took care of everything. They are incredibly fast at doing pre op tests, and got surgery done in 2 hours.
Only thing I would say (and nothing to do with PPSI) is, I think I made a mistake with the size...when I was trying sizers on, My boobs looked huge and voluptuous with a 375cc, but then after operation I realise they look much smaller! Even though they were swollen!!! And the surgeon told me they will shrink even more after a month!!! Maybe 10 mm (panic!)
I chose 375cc teardrop implant, silicone.
I hope they don't shrink more because I am already upset about the size, I wanted to reach a full D or DD and I think I will be a C...
So girls when you try on sizers, my advice is, which ever sizer you chose, take one size bigger implant so you will get that desired boob size.
My dissapointment is because I have been waiting for this for 12 years...and If only the surgeon had told me that sizers look bigger than Reality, would have gone for a 450cc...
This are my boobs pre op, then 2 days post op( still with stitches) and then 8 days post op after he removed stitches and I started massage. They move much more and squishy now, painful but not excessive pain, I can do a normal day routine. However, will not be back to work yet because I am cabin crew!
Let me know your thoughts, i am thinking to return next year to go bigger. You think they will shrink or will look Big?

I am happy with my results and scar overall looks very good, looks quite red in the picture but it's actually very faded, looks great so far. The boobs looking natural and dropping nicely, however I noticed I don't have cleavage yet, the skin has not stretched enough between my boobs and it's still very tight. i hope it expands and creates a cleavage.

I still feel I should of gone for a 400 cc but I think it's a nice size and suits my front. They look bigger from the front than from the sides! Lol.
