26 Yr Old, No Kids, Teenager Body to 375cc, Should I've Gone Bigger?

Updating my experience, breast have settled into a beautiful shape. However, they have hardened a bit. No pain or uncomfortable feeling,just I noticed with time they became a bit more stiff. They used to be softer to touch and jiggle. But now they are harder to touch and very attached to their position. I don’t feel any discomfort which is a relief. Scar has completely faded as you can see!!

I am 3 months post op now.
All my worries are gone.
The become soft and squishy, dropped and look so natural.
Size:
has decreased about a quarter of initial photos. However I am happy with the look, I would of gone bigger had known before, but I am not going to do surgery anymore Unless needed. I am happy with size now more than the first month. My panic is gone. I have realised that after they drop, they might decrease in size but they look better too, because when they are up there initially, they guve a false impression of the size. Look big but not enough, and when they fall to its place, they look like they have volume and droppy boob look.
Still to mention one boob is bigger than the other.
Sleep:
i can sleep now on my stomach finally without pain or disconfort.
My armpits still sweat a lot and smell very bad like the first month, this hasn't gone back to normal yet and its giving me a hard time around people lol.
Skin:
i have noticed I developed acne around my boob and nipples. I never had this before. Since few weeks ago I noticed that Now I have new pimples in my breast every day ( around 10 pimples on each breast. Weird. What is this??
Exercise:
exercise back to normal and normal flight attendant duties since the 6th week haven't experienced trouble lifting heavy items continuosly or pushing carts. ( i did exercise lifting my arms since Day 1 out of surgery as surgeon reccomend me)
Scar: still very noticeable
Implants:
were very hard until last week I started to notice they are much softer ( like all of a sudden, overnight) and even if I touch them I dont get shocked anymore by their stiffness, I feel its taking a normal boob feeling with time.
Massage:
Mentor anatomical implants ment to NOt be massaged, but my surgeon told me to do some massage. Not to move them around like youtube videos, but just pressing with my fingers on upper, then lower, then sides of boob, to move a little bit. I was told to do it 5 times a day, then 10 times, then 15 by the 3rd week onwards. However I dont do it that much since Im scared of developing capsular Contracture. Aparently If u massage textured implants you might increase the possibility of CC. So I got a bit scared and only massage them a little per day.
Sensitivity:
as is over muscle, I didnt recover my sensitivity, to be specific with you guys, when I use tweezers to remove a hair around my nipple I dont even feel i am touching it so I dont even feel the hair pulling out. Its so weird. I lost all sensation in that area. Still gets hard nipple or soft but cant feel it.
