I'm writing this to help you ladies who are researching for a breast augmentation. When I was in that phase I could only find one review with proper details and it helped me make my decision overnight because I saw results and my stats matched. I researched for only 2 months before deciding because I found that and it helped my so much in understanding and putting my mind at ease. Hopefully my review will help others too.
I got my breast augmentation in Phuket international aesthetics centre(PIAC) in January 2014 with DR Veerawat. I didn't go through any company I just contacted the hospital myself and they were 100% professional from start to finish. I sent them pics and what I was looking for and they sent quotes depending on your shape and breast tissue and what is best for you. Mine were -round 130,000thb and -tear drop 160,000thb this will be diff for everyone. I had already decided I wanted round implants because of the shape, because I had nothing on my chest and was always wearing push up bras(pushing up skin and minimal breast tissue) I knew I wanted the height of round implants at the top and not the sloped effect of teardrop, once they are not too big they won't look too fake.
I had a consultation booked with Dr Veerawat the day before surgery and also had paid 30,000thb before going(they will refund if your don't go ahead), PIAC sent a car free of charge to collect me(confidential) and also dropped me back to my hotel after(& my friend with me). The plastic surgery centre is new and lovely interior, all of the staff are amazing and will do tumbles for you if u asked. In the consultation Dr Veerawat who spoke perfect English explained everything in detail to me and took photos and drew the shape on my skin. I could ask any questions I liked here.I then put on a sports bra they had and tried a few diff sizes and both round and tear drop and also tried a t-shirt on over to see what they looked like with clothes. I decided on 375cc mentor round implants. They would be placed dual plane (half under half out of the muscle) and Inframammary incision(under the breast) so they would look like a 350cc when in. Generally the muscle will take flatten some of the volume. I wanted mine to be there but not in your face. I was scheduled to have surgery at 9.30am the next morning and was told to fast after 6 that evening. I paid the remainder of the money and had blood tests and blood pressure taken & I left feeling excited and terrified.
The next morning I woke and got my bag ready (a button up flow thin cotton shirt, an elastic waist skirt, shorts, and my iPod,iPhone, charger, deoderant etc)
I already had my underarms waxed the day before In case I couldn't raise my arms the week after. The car collected me (I went to the surgery alone) and i was brought to the aesthetic centre, 4 girls showed me to my room took my blood pressure and settled me in, changed me into surgery clothes, at this stage I was soooooo nervous. I tried to relax by looking around my lovely room, it had a balcony a place for a friend to lay or sleep, flat screen TV, a fridge with munchies for after, tea coffee, the bathroom had mini deoderant, talc, shampoo, toothpaste and brush. I lay down and I started to calm, after a while the nurses came in and transferred me to a moving bed and started to wheel me down to surgery, this is where I really felt the fear it lasted for 5 mins and I was terrified. But when the anesthetiser gave me some relaxing medication & anaesthetic and I slowly drifted off, next thing I knew I was awake and I was being wheeled back to my room, and it was done. I slept for hours and was brought food 3 or 4 times in the day, I was checked constantly. I had my friend there at this stage. I was allowed to go home the next day and was refunded 2000thb which I over paid and was given medication and cream for the scars.(which are small) after 7 days I was taken back to have the stitches removed.I was lucky I had no pain through it all even after and I was able to sit up and walk around and go to the beach the day after, I was careful not to tire myself out. Again everyone is different. I got measured 3-4 weeks later and I measured 34dd(10dd)and in some bras now I'm a 34d(10d)I have never been happier, it was worth every cent if not double, I would recommend it to everyone even considering it.
I hope this helps.
