Never Again

In the past three years I’ve severed and repaired my rotator cuff tendon, broke my pelvis and some ribs and tore labrums in both legs. This procedure made those injuries feel like child’s play. The 90 minutes with the stuff on my face was fine, sitting with the blue light, not so much, one minute in I felt as though my face was being sliced up with razor blades. Two minutes in I felt as though someone was burying three inch needles in my forehead. I have a high threshold for pain . I fractured my pelvis and ribs halfway through a river trip on the Colorado River, I finish the trip in pain but not that bad. I asked the technician if she learned this procedure at Guantanamo Bay! I would not recommend this procedure for anyone!
