There's also a lot of new people :) so have you considered a revision date yet?

If you need anything in the future consider Dr Rochlin in Scottsdale. I LOVE her, she spends so much time with her patients. She gives you her personal cell # and tells you to call or text anytime. She takes your results personally! They look a lot better though. I am so sorry you had a bad experience. Good luck!

I've just read your story and that's awful! I'm so sorry your Dr was dishonest with you. If he had been forthcoming from the beginning you maybe could have prepared yourself a bit for issues that over the muscle could cause. I think you are looking great now though. If you do decide to have a revision are you changing to silicone and going under the muscle? Or will you stay over the muscle?

Thank you Celena1, Aquarius567, and sadboobies for responding. Thanks for the positive comments and encouragement. Thanks for the suggestion of going to Doctor Rochlin. I have lost SO MUCH faith in doctors at this point. The ones I have seen so far, well, I am just not happy with, and I cannot bring myself to trust them. I need a doctor who is going to take his/her time with me, explain things in detail, and is confident in his/her abilities. Also, I want someone who takes responsibility for bad results and is willing to fix it for free (since it was their mistake). Regarding the question of implant placement, yes Celena, I have to go under the muscle. I am 45 years old and I have to get mammograms yearly. Since they can't see clearly in the x rays (due to implants' placement) these yearly mammograms are very painful. Also, the techs keep finding calcification and I am constantly terrified that it is cancer. They always say, oh! we need to take more views because we see a mass, or we see clusters, and on and on. They told me that this would not be happening if the implants were under. Anyway, I am not sure whether I will go with saline again or silicone. What do you think girls? What kind do you guys have? What has been your experience with either kind? Thanks!

I have silicone and I chose it because it doesn't leak into the body and absorb the way saline does. It's sort of trapped in the pocket (that is my understanding of it). I'm only 2 months out but already mine are softer than some of my friends that have saline. I wanted a look that was a little more fake than real so I chose the mentor ultra high profile (I'm also small around so that fit my frame really well also) and the silicone for my peace of mind. It's such a rollercoaster trying to decide what you want to put inside your body...so many pros and cons to everything and we all know nothing is really good for it. We just take our chances and jump. I hope you find the right Dr for you, I know he's out there. Don't let incompetent Dr.'s ruin this for you. Have patience and keep searching :) Wishing you much luck!

Thanks! Do you have cohesive silicone? I've heard that even if you cut it in two, the gel (which has a gummy bear like quality) don't leak anywhere and stays in the implant. I have been thinking of getting those, eventually, not
now though. Well, good luck to you too and keep us posted :)
