You're likely still very swollen. The tip retains so much swelling compared to the rest of the nose. Give it time, you'll likely end up liking it :) But definitely let your surgeon know about your concerns. Possibly visit a different surgeon if you're at 8-12 months post op and he's still saying its swelling...

It does just look swollen and it's the last place for it to go so I'd see what it's like in a few months before worrying [RS bleep]

Would love to give you my honest opinion, but it's really hard to tell from the photos you are posting. It would help if you showed a before and after from a front view and included just a little more of your face.

How is your nose now?

The tip is the last place the swelling goes down. I'm 8 weeks post op and still have a lot of swelling. Do you tape your nose on a night? That helps to keep swelling down x
