I saw 5 different plastic surgeons around the valley to see about rhinoplasty. All but one seemed to specialize in boob jobs over nose jobs. The one that specialized in nose jobs was in North Scottsdale but seemed shady. Dr Meger was one of the drs that seemed to specialize in boob jobs over nose. At first I was concerned about not having a Dr that specializes in nose jobs. The fact that Dr Meger is board certified and took his time with me two times to discuss a potentially rhinoplasty sold me. He seemed very knowledgeable and didn't rush me. It's still very early on after surgery but I truly think Dr Meger is a skilled plastic surgeon for noses. The results look completely natural.

You're likely still very swollen. The tip retains so much swelling compared to the rest of the nose. Give it time, you'll likely end up liking it :) But definitely let your surgeon know about your concerns. Possibly visit a different surgeon if you're at 8-12 months post op and he's still saying its swelling...
It does just look swollen and it's the last place for it to go so I'd see what it's like in a few months before worrying [RS bleep]
Would love to give you my honest opinion, but it's really hard to tell from the photos you are posting. It would help if you showed a before and after from a front view and included just a little more of your face.

Trying to keep the swelling down... Not doing a good job on low salt diet. Still wish this tip wasn't so bulbous but it'll be a while I imagine.. Am scared swelling in tip won't go down much more

The tip is the last place the swelling goes down. I'm 8 weeks post op and still have a lot of swelling. Do you tape your nose on a night? That helps to keep swelling down x
No i haven't taped it at all as my Dr said not to
It will go down xx
