Over 2 weeks post op. Am I developing a series?

Last Friday I went back to my PS for suture removal. All went well and he said I had no real restrictions and could resume working out at anytime. Great, green light to resume my morning exercise regimen!
I started back to my usual 25 minute morning workout Monday before getting ready for work. I wore a compression bra. While he gave me the go to workout, I refrained from high impact exercise doing low impact instead. My day progressed as it usually did. I was feeling good, no pain, no problems by the end of my first day back at work. However, when I removed my bra and lift my left arm I felt an odd sensation in my left breast. I could not pinpoint where I felt this sensation but could feel something like fluid moving. I chalked it up to the healing process since I really couldn't tell that there were any changes or differences in my breasts.
I went about my daily routine throughout the week, very uneventful and usual. However this morning I felt more distinct fullness in my left breast. My unaffected right breast feels soft, different from the left. It's a bit larger than my right too. I definitely feel fluid movement. I've returned to my compression bandage. With the compression dressing my left breast feels firm. Ugh! I knew it was going too smoothly. I suppose I be giving my PS a call Monday. Is there anything you suggest in the meantime, ladies?

Post op week 1

It's been a week now since the surgery. I must say that I am feeling great and have grown accustomed to my new look.
I went bra shopping Monday. Surprisingly, it turned out I ended up buying a 34C uplift bra from Victoria's Secret! There probably is a bit of gapping but I don't have underarm spillage that simply looks unattractive.
My sutures come out tomorrow. And then I'm back to work Monday. Thank you for the kind words and encouragement.

Post Day 3

Well I'm settling into my new found figure. Still getting accustomed to my small busted mirror image. I think I'm alright with it though.
My first night homeowners Friday I experienced the most discomfort. Until that time I had only taken Tylenol for pain. But that particular night the Tylenol wasn't going to cut it. I ended up taking a prescription med that I had on hand and was able to relax and sleep comfortably. Since that night, I have had virtually no discomfort to speak of except for occasional incisional itching. I did find that the surgical bra given to me was perpetually rubbing on my incisions. Last night I decided to use wrap myself with a wide elastic bandage. That offered some relief and breast support.
Today, I wore one of my regular bras that is pictured. Prior to my explantation, my profile in this bra looked ridiculous on me with implants pushed way up. It has a bit of gapping on the sides though. Anyway, I've posted some photos. I've followed the instructions of some of the other ladies using coconut oil yo massage on my breasts, chest and neck. I feel my skin is tightening up nicely, not looking as thin and frail. I really don't have any swelling that I've noticed either.
I resumed my hair, skin and nail vitamins yesterday too. All in all feeling like I made the best decision for me!

Dr. Meger is matter of fact, direct in his bedside manner which I appreciate. He is experienced I found first hand and from the reviews I've read on this website. There was no pressure whatsoever to replace or lift. His staff is very professional, helpful, responding to emails promptly, and answering questions in a timely manner. Jovita is awesome! I highly recommend this doctor for explantation.
