I had a gastric bypass at age 60. I finally just got tired of hiding my arms and having to go to larger size clothes. I obviously have other areas that could use plastic surgery but the arm lift was my priority. My recovery went well except for a minor infection that was addressed immediately when I called the office. I used pain meds for a couple of days - mostly just uncomfortable. Energy level slow to return but that is due to my age and my other health issues. If I ever decided to have any other plastic surgery done Dr. Geoghegan would be my only choice.

I just had a consultation with Dr Geoghegan for an arm lift and breast reduction. Are you still happy with the results? I would love to hear more details about your experience if you are willing to share.
Very happy with the results. Scars continue to fade. Occasionally area of the incision feel tight and area tingles but think that is due to nerve regeneration. I used a silicone tape (@ night) over the incision until stitches started to be absorbed but then swithed to massaging incisions 2 to 3x a day with coconut oil. Would definitely do again.

Did you have any liposuction along with the arm lift?
