I went to Dr Arrbi office for a consultation. Everyone was really nice, I found out that I could finance the cost of the procedure. I spoke with Sara the office manager and I let her know up front that I had just come out of a "BK" and probably would not be approved. The Dr actually scheduled my appt for Friday May 27th (that gave me hope). While she (Sara) stated that she would call me on Monday with an update on acceptance or not, I remained optimistic. No call received on Monday, none on Tuesday, not even Wednesday better yet no call all week, the week of the procedure was fast approaching and I finally gave in and called to see what was going on. Sara indeed stated that I had been approved but we needed to reschedule due to additional impressions were needed. I went in on that Friday for more impressions. I was scheduled for that following Friday. I was thrilled, my teeth had always been my pride and joy. To lose my teeth was DEVASTATING to say the least. That Thursday rolled around and I called in for a prescription for my anxiety when I was notified that additional images were needed and I needed to come back in for the images. So I had to reschedule, this time Sara told me she was not going to schedule me until the temporary teeth came in. I was a bit disappointed but I thought "ok, they want to make sure that they look natural and fit properly". Another setback but that is alright I will be mentally ready when the day comes for the procedure. The day never came, what Sara failed to do was to call me to tell me the truth. I was never approved. I don't know why she was so negligent but every call I made to the office, she not once initiated a phone call to me. The last call I made was 1 day ago, Sara had me call a finance office that she claimed I was approved for because the needed information and they stated that I had not been approved. I called Sara back to inform her of such and she stated "oh no, that can't be so I spoke with Brian, I'll call and speak with him and I'll call you right back" I have yet to receive a call from Sara. I called Sara yesterday and she was supposedly out of the office and would return my call, nothing! I can't understand why I was treated this way. I have NEVER been treated so unprofessional in my life. Not only am I devastated for being treated so unprofessional but I'm just upset. I would have been ok with a denial, I had a cosigner. My teeth are falling out of my head, since the consultation I've lost another tooth and am about to loose 2 more. I didn't deserve to be treated this way, what do I do?

I'm on here as I've had plastic surgery done but I'm also a dentist. Sorry to hear about all these issues. It does sound though like it's anot administrative issue and not a problem with your dentist. I always suggest to patients who have limited funds to seek treatment at a dental school if you can't afford private office fees. AZ has one I believe, you can still be seen by specialists or residents training in prosthodontics , who have completed their dds degrees already. It might be worth checking into, good luck and wish you the best

What a terribly disappointing experience for you! I'm so sorry you went through this. If you have a cosignor, I'd highly recommend going through Care Credit and contacting Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. I had my upper All on 4 done May 23 and returned home June 4 with the most gorgeous new teeth! Dr German Arzate is very experienced in All on 4, and his office staff is fabulous. I paid less than $12,000 for my All on 4, including 9 extractions and IV sedation. Even with travel costs, you'll save at least 50% and you'll be thrilled with the outcome, including free 5-years worth of annual arch relining and implant checkups. Tell them Catherine from Oregon sent you! I am getting all my info and photos together to post my review here soon.

File a complaint with the ADA. And don't let the depression of losing your teeth change your personality. Society can be so cruel, & probably assume you do meth. God bless you!
