Dominica Republic- tummy tuck lipo and breast lift

Hi everyone. I went to Dr.Gabay on 10/24/12 for a consult on a bbl lipo and tummy tuck. I am 5 6 and 196lbs. I knew I needed a tummy tuck because of weight loss so I was not surprised when he recommended it. Along with that he will also lipo my back,flanks, stomach ( w/ t tuck) as well as lipo on my thighs then fat transfer to the butt. He says that he can do all these procedures at the same time. :-O. He says that they are using new technology to assist the fat in growing and staying by mixing the fat with a liquid to help with lasting results that I should be able to maintain 70% of what is transferred. Total quote was $8500. He says if I don't do the bbl it will be 8,000 that he is not really charging me for that procedure. He says the cost is not because of my weight but the anesthesia and amount of hours for the surgery. Planning on getting this done in February 2013 so I can save some more. My goal is to lose another 20lbs before the surgery so I can get the best results. I'm shapely with my weight( but I look so much better with clothes on) I have a waist line but a pouch that hangs under my navel, nice thick legs but could use some lipo inner thigh.. Some back fat around the bra area and wide hips and sum fat in my butt, it needs more of a round shape and volume.
