Dominica Republic- tummy tuck lipo and breast lift

I just wanted to update you all on having my surgery with Dr.Asmin Aquino in Dominica Republic on 10/1/13. All went well and I had no complications and currently staying at a great recovery home called Yasmine's.

The tummy tuck is no joke however I am healing and each day gets better. It was worth it and I have no regrets.

I had support from my two travel buddies who also had surgery on this day with other doctors as well as two awesome girls I met on this site who were clients of Dr. Aquino. Having support is very important during this life changing experience. So I suggest that you surround yourself with positive people that will make this journey a positive one for you.

Sooo, I've changes my mind and decided not to be so scary about traveling to Dominica Republic for plastic surgery. I decided to go with Dr. Asmin Aquino based on knowing 3 woman personally that have went to him and loving their results.

I plan on getting a t-tuck, lipo and breast lift. The cost will be 4,800.

Now I just need a travel/ surgery buddy. We don't have to be going to the same doctor. I was giving information about a recovery home that provides transportation to all medical appts, round trip to airport, 3 meals per day and assistance with care for a lower cost than the recovery spa's. Now just to touch base with someone that has stayed there.

Hi everyone. I went to Dr.Gabay on 10/24/12 for a consult on a bbl lipo and tummy tuck. I am 5 6 and 196lbs. I knew I needed a tummy tuck because of weight loss so I was not surprised when he recommended it. Along with that he will also lipo my back,flanks, stomach ( w/ t tuck) as well as lipo on my thighs then fat transfer to the butt. He says that he can do all these procedures at the same time. :-O. He says that they are using new technology to assist the fat in growing and staying by mixing the fat with a liquid to help with lasting results that I should be able to maintain 70% of what is transferred. Total quote was $8500. He says if I don't do the bbl it will be 8,000 that he is not really charging me for that procedure. He says the cost is not because of my weight but the anesthesia and amount of hours for the surgery. Planning on getting this done in February 2013 so I can save some more. My goal is to lose another 20lbs before the surgery so I can get the best results. I'm shapely with my weight( but I look so much better with clothes on) I have a waist line but a pouch that hangs under my navel, nice thick legs but could use some lipo inner thigh.. Some back fat around the bra area and wide hips and sum fat in my butt, it needs more of a round shape and volume.
