I had an alar base reduction yesterday and I'm feeling like I wish I didn't go through with the operation. I was wondering why my nostrils are quite high? Please correct me if I'm wrong. After the swelling subsides on the next days, will my nostrils be low? My lips are still swollen. Did the surgeon did a good job? I'm still hoping that after few days, my nose will still look good and proportioned to my face

Who is the doctor that did your procedure?

You need tip plasty too.

Your nose is fine but I really think you need tip plasty not just an alar trimming.. Alar trimming is only on the side of your nose.
