My chin now looks ridiculous and I am looking to have the implant removed. It is far too big for my face, and some estheticians have suggested getting fillers in my cheeks just to try to get my chin to look like it's part of my face! It has a huge fold in it between my chin and lower lip, to the point I often get pimples in it now.
The liposuction is still lumpy and has caused my cheeks to sag, I have huge jowls now, and I'm looking to get a facelift. At 34 years old!
My nose is awful, I hate it, I have no idea what on earth Dr Torres was thinking when he closed my nose up, he took off a few mm in one area and neglected the rest of my nose. He didn't take any width off at all, I went from having a straight nose to one with bumps and humps all over it.
A revision will cost so much more than one surgery done properly ever would have. Not only that but I now risk permanent numbness in my nose from having to have an open rhinoplasty again. I honestly can't believe people go to him for revision rhinoplasty.
He may be good at breast implants but if you are caucasian do not trust him with your face. He has a lot to learn and clearly took shortcuts with the face I am now stuck with.

6 months later- completely disappointed
After speaking with another 2 surgeons they both agree my tip has dropped, and I should have had cartilage added to my tip to support it. As a result I am left with a Pollybeak Deformity and will need revision surgery.
I have been debating whether to add this update in case I wanted to go back to Dr Torres for the revision but I do not trust that he is experienced enough to know what should have been done in the first place so will not be going back. I am now left with a nose that I absolutely hate, that I cannot do anything about for at least a year as I'm currently pregnant. I also have to save for revision surgery while on maternity leave, which will be practically impossible, so I'll have to wait even longer. We have family photos coming up soon and I'll have to ask the photographer to Photoshop my nose because it is so lumpy and ugly.
In addition to the results I think it is worth mentioning that Dr Torres allows students to practise on his patients, without their knowledge or consent. When I was having the anaesthetic IV put in there was a woman instructing a younger anethetist doing it, and she went too far and pierced my vein and blood was going absolutely everywhere, and it was very painful. She said they'd do it again while I was under, and put a mask over my face and I went to sleep. The pain and swelling from that 2nd IV injection point has only just subsided, 6 months later, I had a lump on my vein that I had to massage for a while, which was also painful. There were at least 8 people in the Operating Theatre when I went under, and given a student was used to administer my anaesthesia without my knowledge or consent, I cannot help but wonder who did what to my face while I was under.
My nose is bumpy and both surgeons I've spoke to also agree the bridge was resected too far. In addition, the width of the top of my nose was not reduced at all so I now have a wider nose as well. The dorsal hump was completely untouched, which has left my bridge (top) and tip lower than the middle of my nose, it is lumpy and looks like a beak. I liked my nose better before. By far.
So in short, I got half a nose job.
You get what you pay for and now I'll be paying the price having to pay a skilled surgeon to fix up the mess I have been left with.
Dr Torres also told me he had done liposuction on my jowls, and within 3-4 months the 'swelling' would be gone. I doubted this as my jowls didn't hurt at all, while the rest of my face was really tender for a few months. But I patiently waited. My jowls haven't gone down at all, they have stayed exactly the same, and now my larger chin makes my cheeks look weird and lumpy.
I'm still glad I had the lipo because my double chin is practically gone, and while I'm not in love with my very round chin, it is better than what I had.
But overall, given the bulk of my surgery was the rhinoplasty, I would not recommend any Caucasian use Dr Torres as it is clear to me he still has a lot to learn about providing the correct structure to the nose to give it the projection it needs to look natural and feminine. His results with his Asian patients are clearly where his talents lie, reducing the width and shape of nostrils, rather than altering the bony structure as much as mine was.

14 week update- no improvement with hooked tip
I started researching 'tip dropped after rhinoplasty' and have realised that this is a really common problem if cartilage isn't used to support the tip during rhinoplasty.
Dr Torres did warn me he would most likely need to take cartilage from behind my ear to make the tip pointy, but after surgery he told me he didn't need to after all.
It now appears he did need to, because my tip has done exactly what tips do when they don't have sufficient support after surgery, they drop. My columella also appears to be drooping, before surgery it was quite straight and now it is curved downwards which could be adding the the drop of my tip.
It is really frustrating that this could have been avoided so easily in surgery, and the easiest way to fix this now is with injections I'd have to get twice a year (total waste of money), otherwise I have to get a revision just to lift and support the tip of my nose.
I'll have another newborn baby in 6 months and am not prepared to go overseas again until the baby is at least 1 year old, and going to an Australian surgeon for revision would cost an absolute fortune, possibly more than what a normal rhinoplasty would cost.
I got this rhinoplasty because my nose ruined our son's baby photos, I looked hideous, and I wanted to look nice for our next baby's photos, plus we want to get married in the next year, now that plan is ruined because I still hate my nose.
Very frustrated.
On a positive, I love the results of the lipo and while I still feel some days that my chin is too big, it is a huge improvement from what it was. I don't like the huge crease in between my lower lip and chin but I never had a smooth chin to begin with, it's just more pronounced now. I can live with that because I look so much less cranky.
I still have saggy jowls that Dr Torres promised me would be gone and my jaw would be one smooth line within 3 months, it has been 3 months and while they have improved slightly they are still very much there and aren't going anywhere. It seems they'll only go away with a mini face lift as my cheeks just naturally sag and always have. I thought it was fat, but apparently not. I hate the permanent smile that so many face lift patients seem to be left with afterwards, it makes it very obvious what they have had done, so am hesitant to go down that route until I'm desperate.

Provider Review
Dr. Raynald Torres
Highly not recommended. Dr Torres desperately needs more training before he continues operating on people's faces. The aftercare and follow-up was poor at best, I didn't get responses for days to urgent matters. He knows damn well I left a bad review for him and never got in contact to apologise for botching my face. I'm also almost certain he allowed students to practice on me without my authorisation or knowledge
