Congrats! I just had mine March 6th. Best advice I could give is make sure you have someone to help you do literally everything for you, including helping you up and down, for the first 2 weeks. Prepare to have major back pain from walking hunched over...get a wedge pillow and ice packs and boost shakes to take pain meds with after. My Doctor said your body craves protein afterwards to heal so I lived on just that snd water for first few days. Good luck! Remember to post before n after pics!

Yes, and I know quite a few people who have used him and there bellies look great ! I did a lot of research before Choosing :)

Yes, I have a friend who recommended him to me and my husband and I felt totally comfortable with him immediately. He showed tons of before n after pics..all the way from pre-op thru 3 yrs post op. I highly recommend Dr. Sumida if your in the Sacramento area.

I have 15 days left until my TT, I am trying to get to my goal weight of 150lbs .. I am 5'10 and am weighing in at 153lbs. almost there. Having anxiety lately just trying to get everything in order. Trying to prepare meals and freezing them to make things a little easier for my mom and my husband . Any suggestions on what else I should have on hand for after surgery?
Also having mixed emotions . Some moments I'm super excited to join the flat side. Other moments I'm scared that I won't love the results. But as you can see from the before pics (yikes!) this is a chance I just have to take . I feel super comfortable with my PS, and feel as though I am in good hands .
Do any of you women who have had C- sections think the recovery is similar to that of your TT? Easier? Harder?

Thanks!! So anxious, just went out tonight and bought all the kids Easter stuff and some vitamins for myself . Just trying to get everything in order before I'm out of commission !

Oh goodness , your results are amazing ! Best thing you ever did ? I am super nervous but know that it will eventually be worth it.. How long did it take you to start being able to really he around? And for your belly to start looking kinda normal?

Thank you! He really did an awesome job! It was really the beginning of the third week that I was getting around good. I took a month off of work, which really helped. I was able to walk around the first week, but very tired. It's so worth it. I wanted it for 30 plus years, my only regret is. to doing it sooner :)

I have been talking about doing it for years but was waiting until I was done having kids.. My youngest is 20 months and we are DONE! So now is the time while I'm still young! I am a stay at home mom , my husband will take the first few days off from work but my mom is also coming to help me for 2 weeks! Thank goodness ! Just feeling a little guilty that I'm actually putting myself first for once .. But I have to do this for me , I hate buying or trying on clothes .. I'm thin everywhere else but have this awful belly! Can't wait to be flat!!
