Splint is off; New nose revealed

So I got the splint off today. I really am happy with how this turned out. I'm still very swollen so I don't know exactly how it's going to look but right now it looks great to me. The doctor removed the stitches from the outside of my nose from the alar base resection and the stitches inside my nose will dissolve he told me. I'll put up some more photos later since I'm in a car right now but here's one for now.

It looks really well. Hopefully once the swelling goes down, you would have more refined looking nose.

Yeah the swelling is the last thing I have to worry about and I should be all good

Splint comes off today !

Splint comes off at 1:30 and stitches are getting removed . I'll be sure to drop some pics as soon as it's revealed

Did you have splints inside your nose too? I'm wondering cause you said you could breathe a little.

I had splints in my nose when I had my septoplasty but not for this surgery. Just a few stitches

Thanks, that's what I thought. I'm having a septoplasty and a revision rhino. The thing I hated most (almost to a panic attack) was not being able to breathe through my nose. I don't look forward to going through that part of recovery again. BTW your nose looks great!
