Post op 2 wks ptosis

Dr Mary Stefanyszyn is an amazing eye surgeon

I am updating my review of Wills Eye Hospital to include my surgeon. I had Ptosis repair Upper lids on November 1. She did an amazing job, she's brilliant and a true artist. My vision is so improved, this is not just an aesthetic correction, I had literally been losing my ability to see clearly. I had stitches removed this week and the scars are very fine and hidden even at this early post op reporting. I would highly recommend her for corrective surgery.

Before and after

Post op 9 days and morning of surgery

Overall rating

Dr Stefanyszyn performed my bilateral Ptosis correction at Wills Eye Ocular/orbital surgery center in Philadelphia. The procedure was comfortable, clean, professional. Performed under local anesthesia which allowed her to observe my eye function and symmetry during surgery. Post op: worked from home for 1 week then returned to just about full functioning. Sutures removed at day 12 with really well healed incisions. No complications, she was available post op for any questions or concerns. She checked on me the day after surgery and several times in following week. I am 100 percent happy with the surgery and the results. I only wish I had done this sooner. I am very very happy
