How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.

On May 2nd, I had a medium size chin implant put in and a rhinoplasty. The two days after surgery were the worst, but now I am starting to feel more like myself. Surprisingly I have had no bruising and very minimal swelling. I've been taking Arnica for bruising (3 days before surgery as well), Tylenol with codeine (trying to phase off of that), and an antibiotic.
The chin implant was placed under the chin rather than through the mouth because I was very worried about infection and complications. My nose is going to be very subtle, just making the tip a bit smaller and shaved down a slight bump in the bridge.

I won't know how everything looks until I get the tape/splint removed on Tuesday but I think it will be good and I just can't wait to get it all taken off!

If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask. I may upload pictures later, I am just concerned about privacy.
