Time flys during the healing and recovery period. I am still using Arnica Cream to fade some of the dark spots / bruising near the anchor and T incision. I have updated photos in a standing up and lying down lying down position.

Beautiful lift!!! You look amazing, the whole package is perfect. My appointment is in one week to discuss my revision. My crease in cleavage is much less than before but I think my PS will still recommend a revision as he is a perfectionist. Also my right breast is a tad boxy so he may do a little lipo to round it out. I’ll post when it’s all said and done. Then I’ll need a BBL , lol

Thank you, Lady63. How did your discussion go with your doctor regarding your revision surgery?
September 19, 2018
Had my appointment yesterday. He suggests waiting a full year to see how my tissue settles before proceeding with a revision. My breasts have changed as the months have gone by so I suppose it makes sense to wait until they have progressed to their final form. I’m going to request my photos that were taken at the office and will post when I receive them.

No Bra Weekends - 4-Months Post Op

I know it has been a while since I have posted an update. I have been traveling for work for months and finally last week I had an opportunity to take a 10-day vacation in Martha's Vineyard.

After planning + combination recovery from my BL and BBL w/360 Lipo I finally began working out again today for the first time in 10-months. I plan to meet with a nutritionist next to kick off a 60-day jump-start my preparation for 10-day conference / vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mx.

Although,I am a solid size 8 -- I have a small frame and I would like to flattening my tummy and have to work on what I am putting inside of it in parallel with daily workouts.

I realized I looked great in my bikini, dress, workout and casual clothing, however, I can do better by putting in some mental discipline and physical work at this stage of the game.

Thanks for update! Sounds like things are going well. And hanging out in the Vineyards certainly seems like “a dream come true” vacay - usually reserved for the 1%. Lol. How were the crowds? I’ve read Aug is one the busiest times of the year there. I hope you continue to do well. You look fantastic! :-)

Thanks, I feel good!

I'm LMAO @ 1%. As a city girl, I could not see a cottage as a luxury vacation [this trip required months of preparation and I did not have a butler or housekeeping I had to make up my own bed], prior to my arrival I had buyers remorse. In the end I had a wonderful and with all going on in the busy month of August, I had a wonderful time.

It was a "Haute" 2-week at the Vineyard and Nantucket. Yes, many or my sororities, friends and colleagues were there with their families. We also sponsored several events like the MV Jazz Festival, MV Comedy Fest, and African American Film Festival. Thus it was relaxing at the beach by day and on platform at night for several formal events. Not to mention this season we had several Great White Shark sightings + attacks. Yes, it was indeed crowded and entertainment packed. There was always a line to get breakfast at Linda Jean's, Biscuits, and Slice of Life.

I am already planning for next August :-)

It sounds like you are doing great-glad you had a fabulous vacation! Yes I have also felt the effects of taking so much time off from working out. This summer I have enjoyed swimming almost daily in my community pool, plus adding some pushups at poolside to start getting back some of the upper body strength I've lost. As we move into fall I'm intending to get back to regular gym workouts. At 52 I'm more concerned about my health than just vanity but both require diligence and dedication!

LOL, I agree. Start slow, I did a combination of sit-ups + crunches and caught a CRAMP! Good luck with your workouts.

Wow, I cannot believe how fast time goes by. My healing is going well. I will tell you during this process I experience lightening strikes of pain and discomfort that last about 2 seconds and can happen at anytime. I still experience soreness at the anchor incision and sides, however, I find a bralettes with a 2"or 3" band help with the relieving. It also feel so good to wear no bra at all. I went to brunch on a very warm and sunny day with just a beach cover up and lots of sun screen. My girlfriends kept remarking how good I look, happy and carefree I seem. Perception... finally one of glammies said, "Forgive me for staring but your breast are so perky and looking right at me." Until that moment I had not shared I under went BR/BL.
I have not been measured as of yet; I'm in no rush. I love my size and cannot stop walking around my home with a open robe. Not to mention my man loves it too. Now I am focusing on updating my shoe game to accentuate my new top and bottom ;-)

Looking good! I agree the longline bras are helpful during the healing process. I couldn't bear anything riding on those incisions for quite a while. And yay for braless! I go braless whenever I'm at home-I still come home and change into my lounging clothes and ditch the bra, even if it's just a stretchy one. I love not having any straps or bands around my body!!

I totally agree!

I put on a dress the other night and my bra straps were showing everywhere. I looked in the mirror and remember... I no longer need to wear a bra; it is an option!

I love ditching the bra too. I barley wear one in the house and if I wear a top out that looks like I don’t need it, I don’t wear it out either. Lol. Any chance I get to ditch the bra, I ditch it. I don’t get as much zaps as I did during the first 4 weeks. My side scars ache me the most especially in the mornings after sleeping on them. (I’m a side and belly sleeper). Your healing looks great!!
