I'm looking for something natural that will make me look like I have boobs. It's something I have been thinking about just didn't have the cash. I'm excited and nervous about the procedure. I picture what I'll look like yet because I have only had my consultation with Dr. Pollard. My pre-op is scheduled for May 30th and impatiently waiting to get an idea of the size and look. It's my count down to turning 40.

That really depends on how tall you are and how wide your breasts are. And it depends on if you want a wider implant that doesn’t have much projection or if you want a fuller and plant that has more projection. When I first started this journey I didn’t know how detail oriented everything was. So to say you want something natural it’s completely different on each woman depending on her height weight and what her BWD is, and that’s your breast with measurements in centimeters. A good PS will measure your breast width and take in consideration your height, weight, Your existing breast tissue, and also your desired outcome. From that you can look at the different sizes and figure out what profile you want and the exact silicone size or saline size that you desire! I recommend if you are tall and slender to go no more less than 400 to 450cc....How women absorb the implant in there tall frame. I’m speaking from experience. But if you are shorter than I would stay in the 300s depending on how much breast tissue you have. But all this can be discussed with your POS, but making sure that you take all this into consideration before hand. Good luck!

Thank you! I am 5’ 5’ and 113 in height and weight. I want to look like I have breast but not like I'm about to topple over. Excited and nervous!

You’re welcome, I definitely found so much information on this website and it definitely helped me so much! Being able to connect with other women going through the same experience was so wonderful for me! And yes I was the same way I wanted to be more on the natural side. But I think I might’ve went a little too conservative, LOL although the next size up my PS said it wouldn’t be that much of a difference. And I wouldn’t of gotten any bigger than what she would’ve recommended. So definitely make sure that you choose wisely when you choose your PS, and trust him completely because that’s what they’re there for. And yes it is very exciting. I am three weeks postop this week and it’s gone by so fast. I started my journey a few months ago and I can’t believe that I already had my surgery and that I am over three weeks post op! It goes by really fast. I have no regrets and I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to feel whole again!! that’s what I feel like after having three kids, I feel like I have my old body back. And yes it is quite nerve-racking but I would do as much research as you can and the key is to find a PS that you can trust. And that I understand you clearly what your goals are and what you want your end result to be. And we going under anesthesia is so not scary! Literally that was the easiest thing! So don’t even worry about that you will be fine! I stressed about that and it ended up being the easiest thing out of this whole process, LOL! ;) :p If you’d like to follow my progress you can I have a review that I have going on that I update every week. You can just click on my profile and go under my review. Anyways have fun researching! And good luck with everything!

Thank you so much for all your positive comments! It made me feel better about my journey and yes it is a journey because I never thought I would get implants. I have a list of things I need to do pre and post surgery. I feel like I’m obsessing but I also don’t want to forget anything. I’m glad to hear that you’re are satisfied with your implant and I will definitely read your posts.

So here is an update....I got my mammogram and blood work done on Monday. I had a scare on mammogram so I had to go back on Wednesday. Everything turnout to be ok, I just have dense tissue. I'm excited to go on my pre-op so to find out what and all the instructions for the surgery. My primary doctor gave so advice already. I almost cried when I got the scare because I wouldn't have been able to have my surgery. Now I'm excited and nervous. I pretty much have all what I need for after the surgery just waiting on my meds. I have been reading all the stories on here and hoping mine will be worth it. I started walking a lot to strengthen my muscles. Totally excited!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone, so I went to my pre-op on May 30th and I'm getting 300cc smooth under muscle. I'm counting down my days to June 19th and I'm excited yet I'm also nervous. I have all my supplies for my post-op and I started taking iron pills. I stopped taking my vitamins and I have to start taking my bromelain three days before my surgery. I get to take a shower three days post-op. I won't know what time until the day before the surgery. Still can't picture myself with bigger boobs and I don't know what 300cc would look like especially on me.

300 will be perfect but definitely keep in mind that if you go under muscle you will lose about 10%....so if you like the look of 300, I would consider 325-350. Coming from someone who has 415, they are really not that big!! I totally wish I would have gone 450...lol!! :p But definitely trust your surgeon and do what they recommend to achieve the results you are looking for!! And surgery day is SUPER easy BTW!! That was the easiest out of everything thus far, you will do great!! :)
