I'm 5'9" and 128 lb , I always loved my cute perky boobies even they were barely a b cup and after I stopped modeling I felt it's time to feel more like a woman rather than skinny 12 year old boy :) After 2 years of considering it, It was finally the right time financially to get fuller. I tried on 350 and 375 at my doctors office and loved the sexy feel of it. During the surgery my surgeon decided that for my small frame I'm most likely to look best in 350cc moderate projection. I'm one day post op and waiting for my muscle to stretch and let the implant project a little more, and of course I was aware i'll look boxy at first and I'm going to patiently wait until they drop in right place. So far the first night was painful, only because as i got more swollen, and the super tight bandages felt like a tons of bricks are on top of my chest, upon unwrapping the bandages and changing into second post operative bra i felt like a new woman. So far I'm calm and relaxed, I trust my doctor - highly skilled and professional and the hospital personnel from my nurse to anesthesiologist were true angels not regular people. I feel so grateful to have had them make me feel so safe. Anyways as vein as the surgery may seem to many I felt like it would make me feel happier about my appearance just like my nose job did 2 years ago. I feel so happy right now, and I know in few days I'll feel even more satisfied with the look. My sister got 320cc Mentor ultra high profile silicone round textured implant ( in Europe) and they looked great after a month , now almost 2 years post op she is happy with the look but she has got a seroma, which she is treated with antibiotics for and I believe the textured shell caused the irritation leading to a seroma ( fluid in a pocket by an implant ) just like blister on foot - just lots bigger. Anyways my surgeon told me he doesn't advise textured implants and with smooth round I have nothing to worry about in terms of seroma. I'm posting 1 day post op picture and I'll post more soon.

3 days post op

Day 3 was the worst with discomfort level, as I had constipation and pain in stomach for 4 hours. But after I was able to go to the bathroom as well as I threw up my morning tea, I started to feel good again. Basically with pain meds you need to constantly eat fiber or else you will constipate and thats super painful, so at 5 am my husband drove over to pharmacy and got me miralax , plus i used heating pad on my belly to help the pain. I also read on some medical website that with antibiotic no tea or coffee is advised as it will make you feel nauseas . Turned out to be true, the caffeine in tea made me throw up. I also started gently putting argan oil and calendula oil on my breasts to keep skin lubricated to avoid stretch marks ( don't smear oil on incisions tho) and i was my incisions as directed by my wonderful doctor. I still use hibiclens instead of soap. It's antiseptic solution for wound washing. Just remember to was it off thoroughly. Don't leave the solution on skin for too long. Ok that's for today. I keep icing my swollen sides with cold gel packs. The 350 cc moderate projection starts to look really good. Super happy my doctor!

Sientra implants

I forgot to mention I chosen Sientra implants as friend of a friend works for that company and the quality control is 50% better than others. I did long research prior to my operation and was happy and lucky someone was able to help me choose right implant. Without the inside information about the company I wouldn't know the difference, but luckily I know and my doctor was happy to put sientra inside me. I have no reason to advertise them other than I truly want others to have the benefits and piece of mind that i have about the quality of silicone implants. Thanks and see you next time

3 months post OP :) Super happy!!!

Hi all, sorry for not being here for a while! It's already 3 months from my surgery! I have been massaging my breast as advised by my surgeon. They look great and very natural, just like I wanted them to look.I haven't mention it before but my skilled surgeon went with transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation technique and my implants were placed through armpit . My incision scar looks good ( I rubbed argan oil and avocado oil on it), but I was also using the Scarguard and I would not recommend it for scar treatment. Dr. Lo told me to use Mederma instead. Scarguad would flake away within minutes and wouldn't do anything, plus it was quite pricey. I haven't been wearing push up bras as I love the full look I have without it, but fall is coming and I'll definitely get measured at VS for a good bra :) All my swimsuits still fit but now they look perfect and I love that all my clothes still fit me , they just look so much better, dresses are filled on top and I love the fact I can wear no bra with backless shirts and dresses!!! I always dreamed of that comfort!!!! My husband loves them too. Dr. Lo made a perfect decision about the size! I'm very pleased and grateful. I started going back to the gym now and I'm feeling strong! All post op visits were informative, quick and professional, I'm hoping to go back for some botox and fillers soon!! Till next time ladies!!! xo

Almost 2 years post op !

Very pleased with my results , shape and size and feel. Scarring is barely noticable!

Almost 2 years post op!
