Nervous and excited all at once. The morning of surgery he makes you so comfortable I wish I didn't worry so much prior. Hands down everything could have not went any better. You can tell his patients mean everything to him. He called me the next day to make sure I was feeling okay and just to reassure me everything was natural if I was feeling any discomfort.
