Augmentation Without Lift - Philadelphia, PA

So I have struggled with this same problem. I was told I need a lift on only one of my breasts. I don't want to do it though because of the scars, the increased chance of revisions cause it tightens the skin and it increases the chance you can loose feeling in the nipples. I have looked at a lot of pictures where breasts are way saggier and they don't get a lift and they look great after. You can always get the lift later down the road even though it will cost a little more but who knows you might not need it. I am obviously not a doctor but look at other pics where women's boobs are a lot saggier then yours (not saying yours look saggy) and after just implants alone they look awesome. Plus I think when they are not so perky before they look more natural after the surgery. You should also remember your surgeon is trying to get you his idea of picture perfect boobs. Good luck :)

He is only saying that because you already have nice size boobs. Get a second opinion because women have really saggy boobs and get away with it without a lift! I'm in a similar situation as you good luck :)

If you don't want a lift then don't get talked into one (like I did), you will regret and your boobs will never be the same. Some girls have great results with lifts but others don't and docs act like oh well some people scar better than others- hello you have to like this the rest of ur life. Get aug now and lift later if you don't like look after aug only

You don't not have ugly boobs! They look perfect to me.
