Nervous ,anxious hoping everything goes well. I'm a 34a one daughter I have been thinking about this for yrs now I want to go to a full C or a small D my Dr suggests 400cc I'm 5'7" 115lbs , I'm hoping this will be okay because I'm only doing this once and I want to get it right. I've been reading a lot of blogs and people have wish they've gone bigger I have tons of questions so please be patience with me this is my first time

I forgot to mention I have to get a lift too everything is been done at the same time I already started taking vitamin C and multivitamins can anyone suggest anything else I should be doing

Congratulations on your decision! I know you will hear a lot of individuals wishing they would have gone bigger; but in the end, it's your body and as long as you are able to give your PS specific instructions of what you would like the outcome to be (through pictures and sizers), you should be in excellent hands :) When I had gone to my first consultation, my goal was to be a small B full C. My PS recommended 300cc and 325cc. Knowing that he would be inserting my implants under the muscle, I decided to go with the bigger of the two he mentioned since I had heard from multiple surgeons that you can lose 25-30cc when inserted under the muscles. After my BA I can safely say I do not regret one thing at all in this procedure, nor do I wish to go bigger. I think the sizes you chose sound perfect for you and I wish you nothing but the best of luck! Don't hesistate to ask questions, we're all here for you! Can't wait to hear more about your journey!!

Have you started prepping and getting post stuff items that might help ease your recovery? I had bout arnica cream for bruising and bromelain pills for swelling as well as more fiber pills since I had ended up getting really bloated after surgery and was constipated for quite sometime. Excited for you since it's right around the corner! What size are you debating on and do you think you will be going with silicone or saline and under the muscle or over? Best of luck!

I know right now all I'm taking is multivitamin and vitamin C I am also going under the muscle I'm thinking about silicone the doctor wants to give me 400 cc but I think I'm a go to a little bit bigger because I've heard under the muscle you Lose cc I am every excited I can't wait for the new me thank you

I went 25cc bigger too since I had gone under the muscle and didnt regret it; and I also have silicone...feels great and am absolutely enjoying every minute of it :) So excited for you!!!

I ended up having 325cc on my right and 300cc on left. Goal was full b small c; which so far is going to be looking that way :)
