Still getting massages n drained.. Down to twice a week, have appointments for the next three months! Drained a lot on Monday n see less water today.. Cant wait to stop drain ing n retaining water! Measured myself yesterday. One inch down all around also los about 5lbs.. no salt no sugar diet vvery strict, can't wait to eat healthy n normal again. . Need to take pics I know! Maybe tomorrow. ..

Massage yesterday was really bad took my pain killers but my body is just soooo sore.. been drinking pineapple n water smoothies (homemade) helps drain ur body of all excess liquids. No sugar no salt for at least two weeks.. its not that bad. Bought some Nu Salt a salt substitute n it helps a lot.. Off to my third massage, God help me! Lol
