28 Years Old, Mother of 1, Ready to Look my Best and Feel Great About my Body - Philadelphia, PA

I requested info from Duran and Almonte in the DR, a couple weeks ago n still haven't heard back from Dr.A. I did get a text message from Dr. D's office and if the 1800 # wasn't the number off of her website I would have been so creeped out but it is a New York number but anyway they text me and said they would give me my prices. I text back thank you n its been a week and still haven't heard back. I'm getting impatient with not hearing responses. I'm still going back n forth about the TT. I don't think I can take that much time off of work right now to heal so I was thinking get the bbl now, and BC recovery is so fast I'll be fine. If I need the round two that's when I will do the TT :). I signed up at the gym and got a trainer. I've messed up my first week by going to work to pick up hours instead of the gym but I'm going to make a plan to stuck to. I'm also going to make a list of groceries to start losing weight. I'm going to try to stick with the DR OZ 14 day diet and pretty much stick with that until I drop at least 30-40 lbs. I have a doctors appt next week and in going to talk to her about putting down the cigs. We will see how this goes. I'm leaning more toward Dr.Yily because of the better communication and I love her work. I'm ready to get this appt made and have these goals to look forward to accomplishing.

I have receive a consultation with Dr. Yily from the Dominican republic. She quoted me at $3500 for a Brazilian Butt lift with Liposculpting. She also quoted me a package deal for $4400 including the surgery, post-op meds, and a 7 day stay in the recovery house, basically everything I need there before and after surgery. The recovery house includes care, meals, transportation to and from the airport, and much more. The price is absolutely wonderful, along with her experience and before and after pics I am excited. She requires a $300 deposit before a surgery date is confirmed. She also told me all tests that I need done before surgery. They do require you to have a bmi of no more than 35% body fat. I looked mine up and I am at about 32% so although she didn't tell me I need to lose weight, I will be working on a better weight so I don't exceed the fat percentage. I am a smoker as well and she said I can't smoke for 2 months prior to the surgery date, which could be a task but the motivation I have to look good will help me to conquer my horrible habit. Plus why not look great on the outside and inside, right! She also told me what supplements I should take until surgery. There was a lot of detail in the email she sent so I won't write it all, but I am looking at other surgeons in the Dominican republic as well because the price is great and the outcomes are what I desire. I am so excited to have heard back so quickly. I sent her my info and pics and it hasn't even been 24 hours and I was given a response already. Also they do have bilingual assistance there, which I was fretting miscommunication, but with the package I will have 24 hour access to a bilingual assistant. This is great. She was very informative. Once I have more consultations completed, I will be able to make my decision, also I was going back and forth about getting a tummy tuck. The tummy tuck would be an additional $1000 if I choose to get it. I'm still deciding because I see girls who have excess tummy fat that look great with just having the lipo done, so I'll keep you posted. I have wanted bbl for years but always put it on the back burner because of work and school. I am so ready to get this done and look great. I have been searching the internet for years at various doctors. I requested a consultation with Dr. Gottlieb in Philadelphia today, and can't wait to have this date set. I will post a ton of pics when I make my decision, so that all you ladies can follow my journey so you have some idea of what to expect, and can see what I am thinking, feeling, and experiencing with this process. My main goal is to get rid of belly fat and flanks and have a bigger bottom. I am 5' 3" 185 lbs. My concerns are if I am ready to go or need to lose weight first, at this point before consult because every surgeon is different. I'm also hoping my results are what I want.
