23yo, BBL, with Dr. Carmen DiMario

So let’s dtart with the why... why I want to do this procedure. Growing up I was always thick.. big butt, thick thighs and a small waist. I started gaining weight when I was in 11th grade in high school but it didn’t look bad on me because my curves were still there... fast forward, my freshman year of college, I decided it was time to do something about my weight. I took the healthy route, ate healthy and went to the gym. I’m just a short few months, I was able to go from 198 to 165. I only needed to tone up at the point and for those of you who go to the gym, y’all know how difficult it is to tone up. At that point I still had my curves but LOST MY BUTT. It was soooooo hard to gain it back, so I tried gaining weight to see if I could get it back... that didn’t work. Fast forward... I got in a relationship and and gained some happy weight, still looked good on me but still not ass lol.. So from that point I decided I wanted to get a fat transfer. (I looked into it in the past here and there but never something I had me heart set on) but that was when I knew I really wanted it. I started doing some deep research. Found some doctors in Miami, New York, even Atlanta. FINALLY, I found a few doctors here in my hometown Philly. I went to a first consultation, but didn’t like the doctor for personal reason. I was recommended to go to this doctor (Dr. Carmen DiMario) by a few people, but couldn’t find a lot of reviews online until one day I went to the club and all the bottle girls bodies were so on point I just had to ask where they got it done at and funny enough, it was the same doctor I was told to go to. I immediately set an appointment for a consultation back in December and completely fell in love! A week later, I set my deposit and locked my surgery date for March 6th. Been super excited since. Everything is included in my price, garment, 20 massages, post op care etc. Now it’s March 10th and I know y’all wondering what happened.. well long story short, I went on vacation the end of February and came back 2 days prior to my surgery. I checked in with my doctor and was told I wasn’t able to go into surgery because I was at risk of a pulmonary embolism from being a a flight for 20+ hours which was fine.. they then pushed me back for that following Thursday but then I got super sick so now my surgery is set for Thursday March 15th @ 7:30 am. I am a little bit nervous but excited for the most part and so is my man lol. I’ll insert before and after pictures and update you guys on the whole process.

As promised, here are a few of my before pictures. As you can see, I’m not “fat” or anything but I definitely need some ass lol.

I’m currently in bed from surgery. Everything went well praise God! My doctor and his ten are amazing just how amazing and calm they made me feel before putting me to sleep for surgery. I don’t remember anything of course because I was put to sleep but upon waking up, I was a bit cold but not super cold as others describe. I was in a lot of pain and super thirsty. I asked my nurse for some pain meds and some water and felt better instantly. The hard part was getting out of the bed into the wheel chair and into the car... but I made it. I love about 25 minutes from the surgical center which wasn’t too bad of a drive. I just wanted some more pain meds because anesthesia started wearing off. I was told I couldn’t take anything until I ate. My two friends who are my caregivers went and got me some toast, soup and Gatorade. I was able to eat some and keep it down and took my meds. I felt A LOT better and was able to get into bed. Now I’m just laying here not in too much pain just very uncomfortable! Laing on my stomach is the worst even though I’m a stomach sleeper it’s still very uncomfortable. My garment is super tight!!!!!! Which plays a big part in why I’m sooooo uncomfortable. So far from what I can see, I think I’m loving my results. I didn’t want a super big butt I just wanted something nice and round with projection. Nothing fake or anything and it looks like he achieved just that. I will keep you guys posted on my results and will be sure to post some more pictures once I’m able to remove my garment.
