After having two children I needed to have my original implants replaced due to rippling. I had my first operation through a large plastic surgery chain but following a number of recommendations I decided to see Mr Marando for a consultation. Right from the beginning it was a completely different experience to the first time. The attention, detail and genuine care from Mr Marando was second to none. He encouraged me to visit other surgeons for consultations to make sure I was happy to go ahead with him but I didn't need to. I was certain that he was the surgeon I could rely on! I had two consultations with him prior to my operation - both over an hour long - and he offered me the option of Skyping or FaceTiming him if I had any questions. It was such a fantastic and refreshing experience compared to last time. Mr Marando took so much time to explain everything in detail - nothing came as a surprise. The operation went smoothly and I am absolutely delighted with my results. Mr Marando is one of the kindest, most caring and thoughtful people you could ever wish to meet. His secretary Martina called me every day after the surgery to check how I was. They even arranged for a beautiful bouquet of pink roses to be delivered! I cannot recommend Mr Marando highly enough.
