So far having my boobies upgraded have been soooo worth it! I'm a week and a few days PO and other then being anxious to get my run on I feel great! Havin this be my first surgery my overall experience has been great! I can't wait until I can show of my progress through the healing process and hope to help with anyone's fears or concerns!

Kinda late with this review! So 1 week PO! Oh man, time to take the steri. steri. strips off. My nips. are very tender!!! Ouch! The skin on the outside of my boobs feel like they are going to tear at any moment! After I took the strips off I noticed some blistering which is a normal reaction to the strips. I was also instructed to start massaging and using vitamin E oil over my insicions ( start of gently massaging over incision with vitamin E oil and when permitted push harder n harder to break up tissue to result in less scarring)
My massage instructions:
Cup the bottom of breast right over the insicion and squeeze under the nipple and push up, this is to losen any scar tissue that may of built up around the incision. This will result in less scarring.
Push from outside in while squeezing to minimize the gap in the middle.
Squeeze and push downward and move in a circle motion to losen some toughness and insure a natural feeling implant.

2 Weeks PO
So 2 weeks PO., not too bad! I know I should still take it easy but I feel like I can do more then my Dr. advised! Still feeling really tight and sore around my insicions. I have been massaging at least 3x a day, and constantly rubbing vitamin E oil on my insicions. I actually rub the oil all over my boobs to make massaging easier too! I've been using a heating pad in the morning and at night over my sternum and boobs. I have noticed I am still alittle swollen over my sternum(cleavage area). I read a few reviews and I'm thinking although I love my size now, 600cc may be too big for my frame. With massaging and heating my chest like I would a pulled muscle should help this problem out. All in all I think I'm progressing right on time!
