Paid for full face Phenol, not received I still have many wrinkles

The peel worked along my jaw about 1 inch up and lateral cheek, but everywhere else, it did not work. I have wrinkles all around mouth, medial cheek, and eyes. I am 13 days out.

I feel totally ripped off and cry most days over this. He told me that if it does not work, then I have to try something else- arr0gant ! I am inquiring with another peeler.
