2 years on and now a fitness instructor

I was just rereading all my posts from 2 years ago, just thought I'd update as I trained in Les Mills Body Combat in June this year and am now teaching, on the stage with a mic, a real fitness instructor ????????????. It's only a hobby but I just wanted to share, I could never have imagined this a couple of years back. Oh and I lied about never doing abs/sit ups/crunches etc, I do them all the time and my core has never been stronger. Hoping this gives somebody out there hope :)

Getting fit again

Ah so I have upped my exercise the last month or so, I joined a gym and have been going most days, still doing one or two runs a week but varying my exercise a bit more. My abs are getting a little stronger, I still modify most of the exercises and do more pilates style core strengthening. I still get sore where the hernia repair was and it hurts when one of the kids bashes my scar, other than that I am feeling really, really good, :-D. So I thought I would share a few pics from the past.. From a few months after my 3rd pregnancy to now.. I actually weigh more now than I did just before the op but I think it is healthy muscle gain - at least that is what I am telling myself! I go back to see the surgeon next month, I am gonna give him a big kiss when I see him lol!

And a before and after just in case you (I) forgot...
