61yo Bad Smokers Wrinkles,pigmentation ,wrinkles Saggy Skin - Perth, AU

10 days later,I'm healed except a red nose, I didn't peel at all, is this normal, I honestly cannot see ant difference yet to my face, but I'm still hopeful in three months time I will

Thought I would try smartxide2 laser after I had fillers and the nurse suggested it may be more beneficial seeing as I had a lot of smokers lines and acne pitted chin (don't smoke though) dr said it would be a good solution for what I wanted, had numbing cream but only for 25mins before procedure, so I wasn't completely numb, but I didn't say anything so my own fault. My doctor was very friendly and answered any questions I asked, he did a deeper later around my mouth and chin, lesser around the rest of my face including right up to my eyes. First part was very painful, then not so bad, a bit like an ipl which I find quite tame except a bit stronger. Was ok first day,second day swelled up, with swelling all wrinkles disappeared I was very happy, now its day 4 swelling gone all wrinkles back, can't feel any tightening of skin, still red but no peeling yet everything I've read says by 4 weeks you will be able to see a difference, but so far I look exactly the same, maybe even s bit more wrinkled because skin is so dry,( using very heavy cream scared of pimple outbreak) I am feeling very disappointed I thought I would see some improve the straight away . Am I suppose to peel?
