I had labiaplasty (trimming & a small wedge), also excess skin removed from in between both lips (minora and majora). Received sutures and glue.
This was all done under local anesthetic.

Op Day/ Night - Had surgery at 6pm.
Got up from operating table. Walked around felt no pain. Car ride home was uncomfortable, could sit well in car.
Once home felt no pain, no bleeding. Took pain medication like
clockwork, used cold packs constantly. Slept in a recliner chair, woke up about every 2-3 hours

Day 1 post op - No bleeding, no pain, slight oozing. Stayed in recliner chair all day, apart from walking to toilet. Keep up with pain medication, arnica for swelling and bruising (started arnica 5 days before op).
Bending down to go to the toilet slightly uncomfortable, haven't worked out the best way for that yet. Used alcohol free baby wipes after toilet use (peeing only), pat dry. Feels very swollen/ big near clit region. Worried about how it looks down there, sent video to surgeon, have said looks ok for days post op.

Day 2 post op - Still no pain or bleeding, slight oozing. Still taking medication and use ice packs constantly. Layed/ sat in recliner position all day apart from using toilet. Finally worked out best way to sit on toilet ( leaning forward, puts no pressure on my wound). Can feel hard sutures when patting dry. Still doesn't look the best down there, think swelling is reducing. Had first shower post op today, also spray area with warm water through spray bottle, wiped dry with alcohol free baby wipe. Sleep well, woke up about every 5-6 hours.

No pain, very minimal swelling, just feeling a little discomfort around the clitoral area where majority of the sutures are.
Still laying on a recliner all day and all night apart from using the toilet.
Applying bepanthem before bed and when I wake up to suture lines as advised by my surgeon. Icing in between.

Today was a hard day. I felt pain when I got up, went to toilet, moved a little.
Later on in the evening I was applying my bepanthem ointment after using the toilet. I dabbed to ointment on as advised by my surgeon. I then noticed one suture on my finger, some pain and some blood.

I then put a cold pack on and applied pressure to the area. Bleeding stopped within about 5-10 minutes.
I got hold of my surgeon and she advised that it wasn't a big deal based on the surgery I had had, and it won't affect healing in any way. I have over 50 sutures and glue "down there ".
Been advised to keep cold pack and pressure.

Felt a bit sore down there this morning. Continued to ice, until lunch time. Occasional spot of blood on baby wipe after the toilet.

After lunch have put bepanthem cream on to soothe the area. Little to no pain.

Just feeling a little warm and tight down there
