I workout and eat healthy. I have 4 kids and breastfed all of them. My body was demolished. No amount of exercise would get rid of my tummy pooch and my breast were like flat cupcakes. This was my gift to myself after finishing grad school. It was well worth the cost and discomfort. I love my results.

5 weeks post mommy makeover
atx_girlSeptember 6, 2014
I returned back to work after 5 weeks off. I am experiencing significant swelling. When I apply pressure to one side of my tummy I can see the liquid rippling all the way to the other side. I've developed burning pain near both hip bones and obliques that doesn't decrease in severity even with pain meds. This is the first time my tummy tuck has hurt. Most of my pain & tightness had been from the BA/BL but that resolved around week 4. I'm so miserable I just don't know how I can continue to work. I'd hate to lose my job over this.

Seroma Drained!
atx_girlSeptember 7, 2014
I contacted Dr. Buckspan this evening (Saturday) & told him I had significant swelling that was causing pain. I looked 3 months pregnant, I had burning pain in my hip areas, and was just miserable. He immediately told me to meet him at his office. Once there he removed about 6 oz of fluid. Talk about immediate relief! I'm still sore from the swelling and he prescribed antibiotics because it looks like I may be getting an infection. I'll be happy when I'm completely healed. Still worth it, but I never imagined I'd still be in such discomfort almost 6 weeks out :(
