* My Personal Experience With Lower Eyelid Surgery
I chose Dr. Timothy D. Bradley for lower eyelid surgery and unfortunately my experience has been extremely difficult.
During my procedure, a complication occurred that Dr. Bradley later acknowledged. While I understand that complications can happen with any surgery, I have continued to experience significant issues during my recovery, including persistent bruising, swelling, tearing, discomfort, and concerns regarding the function of my eyelid. These ongoing problems have affected both my daily life and my ability to work.
What has been most disappointing to me is that I did not feel my concerns were fully addressed when I continued to seek answers about my recovery. As a patient, I was looking for reassurance, accountability, and guidance while dealing with unexpected complications.
Every patient’s experience is different, and I can only speak about my own. I encourage anyone considering surgery to ask detailed questions about potential complications, expected recovery timelines, and what support will be available if recovery does not go as planned.
This review reflects my personal experience and the challenges I have faced throughout my recovery.
