I went today to add permanent lip color for the full lip. The provider use the numbing cream and I had no pain at all. I wanted the look natural and to have my lips more defined. The procedure took about two hours with 30 minutes of numbing. I need to go back in 6 to 8 weeks for a touchup. I’m happy with the outcome. This is right after the procedure. The Final color should be 40 percent lighter
