I had a perineoplasty, labiaplasty, and clitoral hood reduction with Dr. Otteno, and I truly could not be happier with the experience or results.

After I tore during the delivery of my last child, the delivering doctor did not sew me back up. At my two day check up, I asked him to please check it out because it felt off, but after a quick look he said it was all good. He left me with this huge tear that left me feeling ugly. I knew one day I would have it fixed.

From my very first consultation, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and cared for. These procedures are deeply personal, and Dr. Otteno approached every conversation with professionalism, compassion, and zero judgment.
What impressed me most was how attentive and detail-oriented the entire process was. Dr. Otteno took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, realistic expectations, recovery, and outcomes, which made me feel informed and confident moving forward.
The results exceeded my expectations. Not only do I feel more comfortable physically, but my confidence has improved tremendously. Everything looks incredibly natural and beautifully done, and the recovery process was much smoother than I anticipated thanks to the excellent post-op care and guidance.
I also want to recognize the staff, who were consistently kind, discreet, supportive, and responsive throughout the entire experience. I never once felt embarrassed or uncomfortable.
Choosing to have these procedures was a very personal decision, and I’m so grateful I trusted Dr. Otteno and the team with my care. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering intimate cosmetic or reconstructive procedures.
