Perfect Rhinoplasty Experience One Year out

I could not have had a better experience and result getting a rhinoplasty with Dr. Pearson. I wanted an extremely subtle change that still looked like my face and my nose, just a little more refined. In my consult, I never once felt like I was in a sales pitch or pressured to do anything like it can often feel at plastic surgery offices. He was very honest with me about the risks of surgery and the recovery process, and how it was something I had to think a lot about.
I was very anxious for surgery as this was my first time under general anesthesia but surgery day was very easy and I felt extremely comfortable with the surgical team. I had practically no pain my entire recovery and was off pain pills within two days. Even through my cast, I could already tell I was happy with the result.
My nose one year out is exactly what I asked for. Some of my friends and relatives don't even know I had anything done because of how natural my result is. I was worried about the scar since I would have two incisions on the sides of my nose, and the typical scar from an open rhinoplasty on the bottom, but all of those have healed to be practically invisible, even to me.
