Dr. John Anastasatos is a gifted plastic surgeon and a remarkable human being.
I read that is regarded as one the best plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills, and as one of the 10 best plastic surgeons in the world. Yet, when I went to see him for consultation, he wasvery down to earth.
I was interested in a facelift but did not want the scars in front and around the ears. I also wanted the surgery to be done under local anesthesia because I was afraid to go to under general anesthesia.
Dr. Anastasatos has pioneered the percutaneous facelift or scarless facelift. The facelift is done from a small incision in the hair above each ear. So, there are no scars in front and behind the ears. He uses advanced endoscopic technology and specialized equipment that he designed himself.
During the consultation he was very detailed and honest. He focused only on what I wanted and he did not try to sell me additional procedures like the other consultations I had before I saw him. I picked him over other fine plastic surgeons I saw in Brazil, London and Los Angeles.
The surgery went smoothly. It was done under local anesthesia only. I had no pain during surgery and I had no pain during the recovery process! The swelling was minor and resolved quickly. His follow-up care was very attentive and thorough.
My facelift turned out better than I expected. I look younger and better. My jowls are gone, cheeks are more prominent, jawline looks awesome, and my face is more attractive. The best part is that I have no visible signs or ever having a facelift. This plastic surgeon is a genius.
