I am looking for a ps who has the expertise to perform a tt. I have a medical history that requires only the best ps. I have been debating when and if I will have a tt just because of my medical history. I met with 2 other ps and by far Feng was the best in my situation. She is way more expensive but if she's the best I was willing to pay the extra cost.

Maybe you should try calling again. I am sure she is busy, but it could be that the staff dropped the ball and you should follow up to find out if she is just busy, or sick, or someone for got to contact you.

I have called office twice and have been told that someone would contact me. I feel that I shouldn't have to keep calling office to see what it going on. I may try 1 more time but to see but this isn't very professional for them. Why should a customer have to keep following up with them to get an answer ? If she does this with someone who hasn't had surgery yet how is the follow up with an actual patient ? Wow smh!!

Wow, it sounds like the office staff has totally dropped the ball. I know it is like a wall trying to actually get to talk to the doctor. I hate to say it because Dr.Feng is good at what she does, but if you can't get a response you definitely need to go to someone else.

Right my thoughts exactly it just doesn't make sense in my mind to keep calling office. I wish I could get refund though I paid $150 to talk to her!!

The follow-up aftercare with Dr. Feng is unsurpassed, at least it has been for me. I have never felt more cared for in a medical setting or throughout my recovery. They've been attentive and gone above and beyond every step of the way. I do believe that they got swamped after the Yolanda Foster publicity, and I imagine something fell between the cracks. I doubt Dr. Feng knows you weren't contacted, she is a meticulous perfectionist and is very thorough and efficient. If I were you I would call and tell them you would like to schedule a phone call with Dr. Feng to follow up after consult and find out how/if to proceed. She'll call you; sometimes it can take a few days.

That's what I asked when I initially called last time and was told I would be contacted either by her or someone else. I still haven't received a call yet.

I tried to get a consultation set up with her recently to no avail... She must be swamped and not looking for new patients or there could be something else going on. I like her work as well and really like the stainless approach. Good luck with whomever you choose.

The sad thing is I had a consultantation with her in December and she said she would contact me after she spoke to doctors. I have called the office twice to see what findings were but no one has called like they said they would so follow up is horrible from office!

Yeah that's sad.. Did you pay for the consultation if so I would request refund since she isn't doing the follow up so you can get surgery. Maybe that will push them to move forward.

I agree but I think when you pay for it it doesn't matter if have surgery or not it's a fee for their time.

this may be a good time to find another PS . I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable. did you ever have her do it ?
