6/3/16 It’s been 16 weeks since I had the Cool Sculpting done. 1 Large under belly button and 2 smalls on the side. I went in for photo last week and I did see some results. But not 100% satisfied. (after 3hrs/ $2K) The nurse told me that I should go for a 2nd which will get me to what I want and that they have a promotion going on and will be much less than what I paid the 1st time. But with how it hurt*, I couldn’t make myself go through that again. * The initial freezing pain was uncomfortable but tolerable. After few days though.. It began to hurt. Couldn’t wear pants. Underwear, tights anything that touched where the procedure was not good. It felt super sensitive. Biofreeze helped but what got me thru was ice pack. Wore the thing all day every day for a week. That was really hard.
I work out regularly and keep a healthy diet. I have a FT office/sitting job but I walk 2 miles during lunch about 3-4 times a week. And yet I still have a muffin top that just won’t go away…

Pregnancy does a lot of damage to the whole midsection of most women. The non-invasive procedures will never really give you back your shape and tone....only an abdominoplasty ( tummy tuck) will do that for you. if you have only one pregnancy and your baby is a very small baby, then maybe just liposuction would do. If you'd had the tummy tuck procedure, by now you'd be thrilled and quite frankly, to me it seems like "the long suffering" you had with this "so called" non-invasive procedure may have been worse than the "guaranteed result from the tummy tuck. To me, the money you've spent has been basically wasted and the result was too minimal for true satisfaction while the after pain and suffering have been major.

My kids are already 8, 10. Wanted lipo but too scared. I also did Sculpsure 4 wks ago. It's starting to look a bit better.
I'm losing weight atm (2 kg per month now over 3 months) by literally eating half of everything i normally eat and only a 'normal' size evening meal.
Cheap and effective (but slow). 6 more kg to go.
