Slowly but surely getting there

I'm finally standing mostly straight. My back is still bothering me but I'm hoping that will pass soon. I've been off the pain meds since about day 4, I've taken one here and there but for the most part I'm just alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen. I still have my drain in which is disappointing. I'm so ready for it to be gone. I'm hoping in the next 2 days! My boobs still need to drop a lot but I think once they settle I'll love them. I have played around with some lace bralettes and it's just mind blowing to be able to put one on and have it look good! I still have another week and a half off of work so I'm hoping to be feeling much more normal by then. I'm a little concerned at how my scars are looking, they seem very raised in spots. I'm hoping that is temporary and not permanent.

Day 4 post op

Slowly but surely is definitely the process, I'm slowly cutting back on the pain pills and alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen. I did shower today which of course is extremely exhausting but feels great to be clean. I've noticed I'm losing a lot of hair is that normal? I'm still swollen and the drain is annoying, I'll be happy when that is gone. Lots of bruising on my back and sides from the liposuction.

Day 3 post op

Had my first follow up today. Was told everything is looking great. Changed me over to a different compression garment, much better then the one I came home from the hospital in. Now if I could just get my back to stop hurting so bad! I'm also struggling with sleep cause I'm a side/stomach sleeper. I did a lot of moving around today so I am paying for it tonight. But very slowly but surely I think I am improving day by day.
