Here is an update for you all! Things have been good. The healing went really well, and after just two months really I felt that they were going to look how they were going to look for a long time now! Sure enough things haven't changed too much since my last pictures. I would say they are much softer now though with look and feel. They feel real to me and my husband couldn't be happier with them! It's made me feel so much better mentally about how I look in outfits and naked! They really are amazing breasts! I am so please with Dr. Shadix's work! Him and his staff were just unbelievable, professional, and kind!

Healing continued - Six week mark

A continued update! I made it through the 6 week mark! I did sort of get ahead of myself and got sized at VS last week. They measured me in their sizes as a 36DD!!! I wasn't too surprised, but in other soft bras I am just a large and can fit comfortably in a D. I am pleased with the size still! I think it's so much more proportionate to my body then before!
Anyway, I have been able to sleep on my side now for about two weeks or so. No belly side down though. Sleeping has been much better. The pain has subsided a lot. I am only slightly sore now at this point and expect to be for another couple weeks maybe even another month...
I am enjoying the way they look! To me, they look natural. They are much softer now as well, so they feel more natural too! I am looking forward to the next few months where I hope they will be even a little more soft and settled. I don't imagine they will change too much though since they are in front of the muscle. I have still been grateful for that decision and this hasn't limited me too much out of convenience with my lifestyle. I will say I get some sharp pains occasionally and the skin on my breast bone is sore, along with my right breast skin being hypersensitive to touch. My left breast is still fairly numb on the nipple, but I feel the sensations slowly coming back. Feel free to ask me any questions!

You look great! My breasts almost look just like yours before. I had my first consultation this week hoping for suglandular and no lift but the dr said the exact opposite. He said hed decide while I'm under & sits me up with the implants in if I need a lift or not. Also my right breast is larger than my left. Yours look amazing so I feel like I need a second opinion.

That's interesting. I would definitely get a second opinion. The surgeon I used knew what he needed to do and explained my options to me well before the procedure. Never, I think, would a professional surgeon have to wait til you are already on the operating table! He should know right away from seeing them and possibly touching them a little. Dr. Shadix knew I was borderline with my sagging skin, but he also knew just from barely touching them that I could get by with subgladular like I wanted to! I hope everything works out how you want it!

How are you doing? Are your breast still dropping and fluffing or have they reach their final placement? Do they still look so beautiful? How is the feeling in your nipples coming? I’m probably asking to many questions lol. I just find it therapeutic to hear and see success stories. It gives me something to aspire too for my breast.
I had my revision but my left breast this has issues. I’m afraid the doctor is going to tell me the only option I have left is to go under the muscle. I love my right breast. I just don’t understand why my left won’t behave. I don’t think I’m willing to go for a 3rd procedure especially under the muscle. I like my dr but it may be time for a second opinion.
I look forward to your update. Best of wish

Hey there! Please ask away! I don't mind. I am so sorry to read about your left breast and how you have had to get it fixed...
My breasts are done settling. In fact I will post an update for you to see! They feel fine. Maybe random pains here and there, but honestly my breast already did that way before the surgery so to me it's no big deal. They feel amazing and real! I am pleased with my decision for subgladular. I hope you don't have to go over the muscle either, but A LOT of women have, so it can't be the worst thing! My right nipple is no longer hyper sensitive, it feels like it's basically back to normal sensations. My left how ever still has numb areas through out the entire breast and nipple. My surgeon said that it might take up to a year for nerves to come back to normal. I think a second opinion would be a good thing for your situation! I do hope your problem gets solved! Thanks for commenting! Let me know how it goes!

So, things have been going okay. I may have pushed myself a little too much in the beginning, but it caught up with me and I've needed plenty of sleep. I've been walking and trying to be active as well, but, I have been so tired! I am also still very sore. I stopped taking the pain meds a couple days ago and just take tylenol when it is too uncomfortable. I really can't imagine what the pain must be like under the muscle! I don't think I could handle it. I've had soreness on top my pec muscles which shoots down my arms occasionally. I can move my arms pretty normally but still don't stretch them too far out just yet. My right breast is still slightly mishapen and typically more sore. My left one is softening faster and taking shape faster, but the skin on the left breast has been sensitive and red. In the pics you will see the redness. I read that all these symptoms are common. Also the "crackling" air or antibacterial fluid is gone and has been gone for about 2 full days. The first week hasn't been too difficult. I am so glad I am finished with the antibiotics! It was causing me more issues I believe then the actual procedure! I am still sure this was worth and can't wait to see the changes over the next couple weeks!

I’m so glad I found your post. I had breast very similar to you prior to my BA. I also choose to not have a lift and went over the muscle. I got 515 gummies in both. I love my right breast but the left is having a few issues. I will have a revision in December on it. Please keep your journey up to date. You are one of only a few ladies who have had the same procedure I got. I can’t want to see how your recovery goes.

Thanks for your interest! I am sorry to read you are having trouble with the left breast. I hope your revision fixes the problem.

Did your PS offer a lift? I think your results and nipple placement would of benefited from a lift and behind the muscle. The weight of larger implants and gravity will take a toll on you. I found wearing a bra and/or sports bra majority of the time will help your results from sagging any faster. Good thing is overs don't d&f as much as unders. How are things going now? Did your get resized? I know VS has sized many ladies w/large implants on RS wrong. Thanks for sharing your review.

Hi, thanks for checking in. The left breast has some capsular contraction unfortunately. It’s not the most noticeable thing, but I notice a lot and have been debating going back to my PS and seeing the options of fixing it. I imagine under the muscle will be his recommendation so that’s a bummer because of healing and kind of a lot about the look for me. Since the procedure, not many people can guess that it’s an augmentation at all. They look very natural minus the small amount of extra lift the left one has due to the contraction. My nipples are so large the placement doesn’t bother me but if I go back soon I’ll probably see what all he says about that.

I just think the upper pole would have a nicer slope with a lift and under the muscle. I guess it depends on the look you're going for. Good luck.

I’ve been viewing some results from the procedures you mentioned. It’s worth considering for sure. I don’t regret my procedure at all! Your profile is very informative btw! Thanks for sharing your journey as well on here.
