I'm currently scheduled to have my BA on 11/19/15. This is something I have considered for a very long time and I'm finally doing it. I mailed the check last week and it's already paid off in full. Im not going to lie, I'm scared to death about doing it. What if they are too big? What if I hate them? What if I regret it? On top of that I feel guilty about spending that much money on my chest when there are people in need. I know that sounds crazy, but it's how I feel. All in all I'm just nervous/excited. I can't imagine what it will be like to have boobs, I hope they look good on me :). I haven't yet been fitted for a specific size, but I know my surgeon well and trust his judgement. I am very active and really fit, so it's important to me to not go too big. In my head I keep thinking 300-350, but we will see.

That's awesome that you trust your surgeon's judgement on size. I am a strong advocate of choosing a size based on wish photos and your body's dimensions. I say this because I was so sure I wanted a full c and at most a small D because a full D sounded WAYYY too large. I got 415cc (34B pre op) and am now a 34D 3 weeks post and they totally don't seem too big at all. In fact, they look like what I envisioned a full C to look. So if I had chosen a size based on wanting that full C look I would most likely have gone too small and had boob greed. Good luck on your journey!! Keep posting updates :-)

Hi! I also have saved many pictures of the boobs I like to show my surgery on my appointment.
I'm thinking you still have some dropping and fluff. My friends tell me they go bigger once they settle.

UPDATED FROM BANov19
2 days pre
Sizing Tomorrow !! Surgery in less than 3 Days !!
So tomorrow is my apt to get sized and decide on an implant. I'm completely set on silicone as well as going under the muscle. I also know for sure my incisions will be around the nipple. I didn't go into details originally but I had a lumpectomy y a few years ago which I feel has left me even more lopsided than usual. The incision my surgeon used then was also around the nipple, so my plastic surgeon said he wanted to use the same incision, and would also need to give me a donut mastopexy (a lift) on my bigger side to make it match the other. I am also pretty set on getting high profile, but he may still be able to talk me into moderate profile. In my head I can see exactly what I want but I have no idea what size implant that might take. I keep thinking somewhere between 300-350, but ultimately my surgeon will decide. I am nervous about them being too big, being the first thing someone notices when they look at me. I want them to balance me out(I have wide hips and a booty) , not draw a ton of attention. I will post a few more pics of what I am going for. I also ordered some stuff for recover (ice packs, straws, cocoa butter) and have to grab a few more things before the big day. I'm very excited but I'm still really nervous.

Hope today goes well! That's great that you have wish pics to reference. Don't be too scared of the number your Ps recommends. Try to trust his judgement. I hear you about having a booty and hips to balance. I feel like mine have really helped to do that. But maybe that's why mine also don't look too large because my hip measurement is still bigger than my bust measurement. Very excited to hear how the pre op goes. Good luck!
What is your current cup size? I'm a 36B hoping to be a D or even DD. The implant I'm thinking is in the 400's. I have my pre-op appointment on Nov 16 and my surgery the 23rd so we will be close.
Have you purchased any stuff for the surgery?
I have some sports bras that I use to workout, don't know if those will fit since they stretch or I need new.
